Description
Dry, apple, pear, yeasty notes, complex.
This light, refreshing dry English Sparkling Wine is made in the traditional method. Delicate notes of lemon, pear and ripe apple, with extra hints of toast and biscuit. Dry but fruity, refreshing and lingering in the mouth thanks to its extra ageing in the bottle.
A non-vintage English sparkling wine made with Pinot Noir and Seyval blanc grapes using the Traditional Method, the same technique used for Champagne and other famous sparkling wines in the world. The wine is aged for at least 12 months after a second fermentation in the bottle, and is further matured in our cellars before releasing.
Indulge in an everyday fizz, serve it at parties and celebrations or enjoy it with fish dishes, cheese platters and creamy vegetable dishes.
Dry, apple, pear, yeasty notes, complex.
