Seedlip Garden 108 is the latest addition to the Seedlip portfolio, the brand solving the ever-growing dilemma of ‘what-to-drink-when-you’re-not-drinking.
Inspired by the English countryside, Seedlip Garden 108 is a green and floral blend of copper-pot distillates, including handpicked peas and hay from the founder’s family farm and traditional herbs spearmint, rosemary and thyme. It is crafted in a similar manner to a gin, just without the alcohol, and named after the time it takes to sow, grow and pick the peas.
Not only alcohol-free, Seedlip Garden 108 is sugar-free and sweetener-free too. Seedlip Garden 108 is best sipped long over ice with elderflower tonic and a cucumber ribbon, allowing those not drinking alcohol the same social rituals of making a refreshing cocktail at home.
This Summer, try The Chelsea Garden Serve, a nod to the award-winning Seedlip Garden at this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Fill a wine glass with plenty of ice, add 50ml of Seedlip Garden and top with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic. Garnish with peas, a sprig of mint and thyme.
