Part of our Manchester Gin Liqueur range using tart refreshing quinces and then flavoured with spicy ginger root.
Two of the greatest aromatic botanicals thrown into one lush gin liqueur! Quince is a relative of Apples & Roses and is most likely to be the real “forbidden fruit”. The pressed juice of the European variety is steeped & stewed with fresh tangy root ginger. Balancing and refreshing fruitiness with sharp tangy spice.
Try chilled with a spot of tonic for a summer drink or gently warm with Rum or whisky in winter as a hot toddy!
