The pressed juice of the European variety is steeped & stewed with fresh tangy root ginger. Balancing and refreshing fruitiness with sharp tangy spice.
Try chilled with a spot of tonic for a summer drink or gently warm with Rum or whisky in winter as a hot toddy!
