Cream Gin was a popular treat back in the Victorian Era Gin Palaces, but they were probably made by mixing cream and sugar then leaving it to infuse in the gin. To update this classic idea, this Cream Gin has been cold-distilled using fresh cream as a botanical (the equivalent of 100ml Cream per bottle!), to capture the fresh flavour of the cream in a perfectly clear spirit. You won’t find any ‘burnt’ or ‘off’ flavours, since the cream is never heated during distillation, and it has the same shelf-life as any other distilled spirit.
Vanilla notes and zesty citrus fruits support a creamy nose that leads into the incredible mouthfeel on the palate. Sweet, soft, and creamy with a long finish.
