The wine is vinified by Grüner Veltliner and features a light orange color achieved after being fermented on skins for a total of 21 days. The wine boasts notes of pepper and honey on the nose, with a rich, creamy profile on the palate with additional notes of spice.
Not because it’s made from Oranges, but because the juice is fermented on the skins for around 3 weeks to develop complex aromas of honey, pepper and a deeper amber colour. Creamy, spicy and richly complex. A perfect match for spicy and strong flavoured foods.
