When making Wild Turkey Rye, we use a deeper, “alligator” char for extra flavor to draw out the big, broad spice notes that make rye whiskey so distinct vs. its bourbon counterparts. Wild Turkey Rye stands up to any mixer and shines through in cocktails.
Big vanilla and spice notes burst through. Acutely spicy, cereal-grain sweet and a touch citrusy followed by fruit and resin scents. Finish is bold, lingering rye and spice. 81 proof aged a minimum of 4 years.
