This delicious reposado from Tapatio is rested for four months in ex-bourbon casks to round out the flavour and tame the edges of the more robust Blanco. For a refreshing summer drink, try this Reposado in the Paloma cocktail: 50ml Tapatio Reposado, 12.5ml fresh lime juice, Top up with grapefruit soda. Serve in a large tumbler over plenty of ice with a wedge of lime.
