This light and elegant English Sparkling Rosé Wine is made in the traditional method with 24 months of ageing on the lees. It has a very pale pink colour, with creamy and delicate aromas of raspberry and strawberry, and some floral hints. A refreshing and moussy body, with a lingering red fruit finish.
A non-vintage English sparkling wine made with Pinot Noir grapes using the Traditional Method. The wine is aged for two years after the second fermentation in the bottle, and further matured in our cellars before releasing.
Perfect with smoked salmon, duck and shrimp cocktails, as well as creamy appetisers and asparagus. Great with desserts based on red berries, like strawberry cheesecake or tart.
