A beautiful Trinidadian rum from a distillery founded in 1824. The producers recommend Rebellion Spiced be served long with cola and ice (and a squeeze of fresh lime juice).
Vanilla, crème caramel, nutmeg and cinnamon, a little clove note, coffee beans and oak. Apricot nectar and vanilla, a little honey, cinnamon and toasty oak. Nutmeg and honey on the finish.
