Created by a trio of sisters in Belgium, Clover Gin combines some traditional botanicals with a selection of surprising treats, resulting in a refreshing tipple with its heart placed firmly in the Belgian countryside. Alongside juniper, cardamom and coriander you’ll find lavender, pear and the eponymous clover (as well as a few more secret botanicals) within this gin. The pear adds a rich, vibrant fruity edge, which cuts through the herbaceous elements cleanly.
